Creamy Avocado Dressing

We eat a lot of salads around here. I am almost always in the mood for fresh, crisp, cool veggies. My go-to salad dressing is either oil, lemon juice and salt (thanks to my Israeli mama) or this yummy guy. So good- and packed with proteins and good fats. The perfect pairing to a big fresh salad.

Prep time: 5 minutes

 

3/4 cup plain greek yogurt

2 small avocados, flesh removed

1 tbsp avocado oil

1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt

1 small lemon, juiced

1 1/2 tbsp local honey

2 small garlic cloves

 

-Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Taste, adjust salt as needed, and chill until ready to serve.
